2020 Audi TT Redesign, Specs, Trims, Price & Release Date
The mid-life makeover of the Audi TT is accompanied by a rise in power, but also a limited series to celebrate the 20 years of the model.
The first detail that will probably be appreciated on the mid-career facelift of the third generation of the 2020 Audi TT: the level of standard equipment is revised upward, and now incorporates the Audi Drive Select driving mode selection system, a rain and light sensor, de-icing mirrors and the multifunction steering wheel Plus.

Regarding the style, the grille now has large side air intakes, and the “S line” finish features a large front diffuser, a black titanium grille, specific skills and vertical air intakes under the headlights. back, which bring it closer to the supersport R8.
The standard wheels are in 17 inches, but the list of options allows to enlarge them in 18,19 and even 20 inches. Three new colors are available in the catalog: cosmos blue, pulse orange and turbo blue (only on the S line finish or on the TTS model).
Side engine, the entry-level 40 TFSI develops 197 horses or 17 hp more than before, while the 45 TFSI will reward you with 245 equines. The 2-liter TFSI under the hood of the TTS displays, for its part, still a power of 310 horsepower.
You will be able to opt for either a six-speed manual gearbox or seven-speed dual-clutch Stronic transmission (standard on the TTS). The Quattro all-wheel drive, which is automatically assigned to the TTS, is only available as an option on the 45 TFSI version.
The range will feature a special model called “TTS Competition”, which is a modified 2020 Audi TTS: LED headlamps, Audi rings on the sills, fixed spoiler, red brake calipers, 20-inch rims in shiny black and two leather interior packs of different colors, are in the game.
On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the model, a limited edition will also be born, named “TT 20 years”. Limited to 999 units, this vehicle is reminiscent of the 1995 Roadster concept car, in particular with its brown leather interior with Panuka stitching and decorative leather band. The cars are numbered, and the cockpit is adorned with “TT 20 years” badges on the steering wheel and shift knob. Also noteworthy are the specific design of the stainless steel exhaust pipes, the Matrix OLED taillights, and the Audi rings in matte finish above the sills. This limited edition is available in silver arrow and nano gray colors.
The New Audi TT will arrive in a concession in the fourth quarter of 2018. The tariffs will start at 35 000 euros for the 2020 Audi TT coupe, and 37 500 euros for the 2020 Audi TT roadster. In the case of the TTS, prices start at 54,500 euros for the coupe and 57,000 euros for the roadster.
